The story of FORT Creative.

Erik and Moorea grew up just a few doors apart on Bainbridge Island, Washington where their friendship began with neighborhood adventures and a shared love for storytelling. As kids, they built a fort in Erik’s backyard, a place that quickly became their safe haven and creative lab. Inside those wooden walls, they wrote scripts, shot horror shorts, documentaries, and whimsical montages, unknowingly laying the foundation for what would become their future careers.

By high school, their passion turned into practice as they started producing real estate campaign videos for local agents around the island. Fast-forward four years: Moorea graduated from the USC Marshall School of Business, and Erik built a thriving real estate media business in Seattle. Despite their individual successes, they both felt the pull to collaborate again, this time on a bigger stage.

That reunion became FORT Creative, a full-service video production studio dedicated to telling bold, beautiful stories for luxury spaces and forward-thinking brands. Today, Moorea leads as Head of Partnerships and Senior Producer, while Erik brings visions to life as Creative Director and Cinematographer.
